Minimum Order Quantity
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) are a suggestion based on Row Apparel’s past projects. Customers may order any amount of any customization method and/ or product.
Customization Methods
We have a suggested minimum order quantity (MOQ) for many of the available customization methods and blank products. The reason for the customization method MOQ is due to the upfront set-up costs associated with screen printing and embroidery (see Pricing page for more info). Set-up costs are required for producing any amount of products using screen printing and embroidery customization methods, regardless of how many products are ordered. The more products ordered, the more affordable the order becomes based on the per unit cost. As seen in the below example, the set-up cost per unit decrease as more product are added. Note at a quantity of one (1) the set-up cost per unit would be $90, not very reasonable for most scenarios. In this case, assuming the project can accommodate, the customer would be advised to digitally print the product (digital printing MOQ is one).
Example: Set-up Cost Calculation
Set-up Cost: $90MOQ Scenario 1 Scenario 2 Quantity: 20 40 80 Set-up Cost/ Unit*: $4.50 $2.25 $1.13 *Note these prices do not include the per unit run charge
See below table for typical customization MOQs. Note these quantities are suggestions and can vary per project based on the applicable pricing variables.

Products
Some blank products are produced on-demand or are pre-packaged with a set amount of units. Said products will typically have an MOQ. The MOQ will vary per product, but is typically around twelve (12) units. If applicable, the product page will display the required product’s MOQ. Row Apparel is able to fulfill orders that do not meet product MOQs; however, will need to asses them on a per project basis.
