RowApparel.com’s Intellectual Property Policy, hereafter referred to as “Policy” insures that the use of RowApparel.com or its Licensing Partner’s Intellectual Property is used in conformance with this Policy including the below listed Content Use Restrictions. RowApparel.com reserves the right to review, assess, and refine Content Use Restrictions and general adherence to this Policy or any other Content Use Restriction Addenda on a per project basis.
All material on RowApparel.com, including illustrations, graphics, images, designs, pictures, icons, photographs, color schemes, font usage, slogans, other written content and all other material, hereafter referred to collectively as “Content” are copyrighted, trademarked, trade dressed and/or considered intellectual property of RowApparel.com or licensed by RowApparel.com and/or Row Apparel, LLC.
By using the RowApparel.com website, you agree to limit your use of Content to those that comply with all restrictions and/or conditions imposed on the use and access of the Content by RowApparel.com or its licensing partners. Content Use Restrictions are defined within this Policy. In cases where Content Use Restriction vary from those outlined in this Policy , a Content Use Addendum will accompany the content. Should your intended use violate the Content Use Restrictions or accompanying addenda, a RowApparel.com representative will contact you and offer assistance to remedy the violation.
Content provided, used, and/or created using RowApparel.com or its affiliated graphic creation services are owned exclusively by RowApparel.com and can be displayed online, used in marketing collateral, altered, and offered to other customers unless RowApparel.com and customer agree otherwise. Content ownership will be explicitly defined prior to commencement of any work.
Content Use Restrictions: orders that contain content displaying one or more of the following characteristics will not be produced by RowApparel.com. RowApparel.com reserves the right to review, assess, and refine Content Use Restrictions on a per project basis.

Information Transmission
RowApparel.com is only responsible for information sent to and received by RowApparel.com over approved means of transmission and is not responsible for order delays that result from information transmission delays and losses. If a user transmits their information via phone (voice) or email, RowApparel.com will send an email confirming that it has received the user's information. If the user does not receive a confirmation email within 2 hours of transmitting your information, they should check their Spam filter or any other security filter. If a user does in fact not receive the confirmation email, they should contact a RowApparel.com representative. If the user is sending information to RowApparel.com via fax, they should allow 2 business days for an email confirmation. Note that faxing information may delay an order’s delivery date. If a user does not have an email address or has not provided RowApparel.com with an email address, they should call to confirm their information has been received after the above indicated information processing durations. RowApparel.com does not take responsibility for information transmissions via social media services such as Facebook or Twitter, nor are they responsible for information sent via text or multimedia messaging such as SMS and MMS. While these lines of communication may be enabled for correspondence between users and RowApparel.com representatives, they are not recognized as formal means of communication, thus transmitting project related information such as directives and approvals is discouraged.
Information Accuracy
RowApparel.com is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Transaction Processing
RowApparel.com is not responsible for delays arising from payment processing. Such delays could be caused by the transmission of inaccurate account information or by your bank, financial institution , or credit card processing company’s internal procedures.

RowApparel.com does not sponsor or edit these websites unless noted otherwise and these hyperlinks are provided for user's convenience only. Estimates & Quotes
All estimates generated from RowApparel.com’s website (www.RowApparel.com) are provided for budgeting purposes only and are by no means binding. For more accurate pricing please request a quote from your RowApparel.com Customer Service Representative (CSR). If you don’t have a CSR please send your request to csr@rowapparel.com. Typical quotes are valid for 30 calender days; however, extended terms can be accommodated upon request. The terms of each quote are explicitly defined on each quote.
Payment Policy
RowApparel.com accepts payment over the phone or online via credit, debit card, or electronic check. All major forms of credit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express. All online transactions are processed over a secure connection (Secure Socket Layer, SSL). Please confirm that any information being transmitted to RowApparel.com over the web is facilitated using a RowApparel.com based domain (rowapparel.com) or through a website that displays a RowApparel.com seal that links to the RowApparel.com certification page for that particular site.
RowApparel.com also accepts checks; however, the check must clear prior to starting the project. Note this may delay the overall duration of the project.
RowApparel.com also accepts purchase orders for pre-qualified customers. Payment terms vary; however, typical terms are within twenty (20) calendar days of shipping. Purchase orders can be paid via credit card, debit card, electronic check, or check. To become a RowApparel.com qualified purchase order customer please send an email to your Customer Service Manager or accounting@rowapparel.com.
Production Duration
The below product durations assume items are in inventory at one of RowApparel.com's distribution hubs and are within a one (1) day transit of the designated production facility.
Blank
Blank products are shipped within one (1) business day of your order unless you opt into bundling your blank order with your custom order. If that is the case, please refer to the next paragraph.
Custom
RowApparel.com typically ships projects within seven (7) business days after payment and approval of artwork. If you are concerned about meeting a deadline please contact your Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can expedite your order. Depending on the production schedule and your order history, there may or may not be a cost associated with expediting your project. Don’t know who your CSR is? Contact csr@rowapparel.com for help.
Shipping & Returns
The following includes RowApparel.com’s shipping and return policies. Please contact shipping@rowapparel.com for more information.
Shipping Options and Durations
Shipping options and durations vary based on the product(s) ordered, availability, and destination address. UPS Ground is the standard shipping option. Alternate shipping options are available on a per order basis. Shipping durations range from one (1) to five (5) days within the continental United States. An estimated time of arrival will be provided prior to checkout.
Free Shipping
Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent via UPS Ground and are only applicable to destinations within the continental United States. Expedited shipping is available on a per order basis and customers may incur an additional cost.
Returns
The following return policy is based on the order type:
Blanks: blank products are returnable only if there is a material deficiency (ie: stain, hole...etc) or the wrong product was delivered.
Custom: custom products are only returnable if the product varies from the approved RowApparel.com mockup. If you receive a product that has a material deficiency (ie: stain, hole...etc) let us know and we will reimburse you accordingly. We may or may not require the defective product to be returned.
All returns are free of charge as long as you use RowApparel.com’s returns system. No shipping reimbursement will be granted if items are returned not using RowApparel.com’s return system. Please contact RowApparel.com at returns@rowapparel.com to coordinate shipping. All return claims are void after fourteen (14) calendar days from the first attempt the shipping company makes to deliver your product. The delivery date is based on information provided by the shipping company (typically UPS), all of which is made available via their tracking updates accessible through their website. Please notify Row Apparel prior to returning product(s) to ensure timely reimbursement.
International Shipping
Shipments are deemed “international” if their delivery address is not within the continental United States. Row Apparel will ship internationally; however, pricing is on a per order basis. When checking out please indicate your country and address in the provided fields. A RowApparel.com representative will contact you if more information is needed. Note an international shipping fee may or may not be applied during checkout. In the case that it is not applied, a RowApparel.com representative will contact you to coordinate the payment of the additional fee.
Sweatshop Free Supply Chain
RowApparel.com’s subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and decorators operate free of sweatshop labor.
Indemnity
By using RowApparel.com’s website (www.RowApparel.com) you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold RowApparel.com and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use of RowApparel.com's website and the service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.
The user acknowledges and confirms RowApparel.com’s indemnity to, including but not limited to, indirect, direct, incidental, special, consequential and punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use RowApparel.com’s website.
